Join Axpo Polska and help shape a strong data protection culture in a dynamic energy environment. You will work closely with international teams and contribute to responsible, secure, and compliant data practices.
What you will do:
Support and monitor compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations
Act as a contact person for internal teams on day-to-day privacy and data processing topics
Coordinate the handling of data security incidents and support internal and external reporting
Conduct or support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align privacy and data security measures
Deliver privacy trainings and support the implementation of privacy policies and processes
What you bring & who you are:
Degree in Law or equivalent legal education
3–5 years of experience in data protection, privacy, or a similar legal role
Ability to explain complex privacy topics in a clear and practical way
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
Independent and well-organized working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ideally, experience in international environments or within the energy sector
