Legal Counsel – Employment Law (all genders)

• Advise and support ABOUT YOU on individual and collective employment law matters, including related areas such as employee data protection
• Act as a point of contact for our HR department on a wide range of employment-related agreements in both German and English and handle employment law disputes
• Provide employment law support in complex national and international transactions and restructurings
• Support our department through legal research and preparation, as well as by contributing to ongoing projects and transactions
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across different departments as well as external law firms
• Work directly with and regularly exchange with the Director of Legal & Compliance

• Successfully completed law studies and passed both German State Examinations; ideally with at least one exam graded “fully satisfactory” (vollbefriedigend) or above
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience, e.g., at an internationally operating law firm or an international company
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong affinity for technology and a keen interest in quickly familiarizing yourself with new digital and legal topics
• Structured and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to quickly grasp complex matters and communicate them in a clear and comprehensible way
• Strong team player with flexibility and initiative, and an interest in working with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic and international environment
