We are seeking a leader whose role extends beyond overseeing internal legal affairs to driving product development and business growth. Bring deep legal expertise to achieve technical excellence through rapid iteration, experimentation, and actionable feedback. Enterprise Customer Success and Value Maximization Lead the strategic rollout and adoption of BoostDraft at top-tier law firms and global enterprises. Lead product adoption and be accountable among BD leadership for continually growing customer satisfaction quantitatively and qualitatively. Drive account growth by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase overall business revenue. Organization Building and Talent Development Recruit and train team members with legal expertise (Legal Experts). Build an organizational structure capable of consistently and autonomously generating high results.
