Legal Intake Coordinator/Receptionist

Company Description Rosenberg & Rodriguez, PLLC is a New York-based personal injury law firm dedicated to providing high-quality legal services in a wide range of injury and negligence cases including car and truck accidents, slip and fall incidents, and other complex personal injury claims.

Role Description The Intake Coordinator and Receptionist is a full-time remote role responsible for being the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include answering and routing phone calls, responding to emails, gathering initial case information, and accurately entering data into case management systems. The role involves conducting intake interviews, verifying basic information related to accidents or injuries, and scheduling consultations for attorneys. This position also supports the legal team by maintaining organized records, updating client files, and coordinating follow-ups to ensure timely communication. The Intake Coordinator and Receptionist is expected to provide professional, empathetic customer service while adhering to firm protocols and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent English and Spanish.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a client-focused approach and professional phone etiquette.
• Experience with Case Management processes, including data entry.
• Experience in the Personal Injury field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
