Key Responsibilities: Handle initial client inquiries, providing information about legal services offered. Conduct thorough interviews with potential clients to gather crucial information regarding their legal needs. Evaluate and assess the viability of cases based on established criteria. Coordinate consultations between clients and attorneys, ensuring a smooth transition. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and intake information. Support the legal team by assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Stay informed about legal practices and procedures to provide accurate information to clients. Prior experience as a legal intake specialist or in a similar role within a law firm. Strong understanding of the legal process and terminology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to assess cases effectively and provide relevant information promptly. Proficiency in using legal software and client management systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
