- Support the review and updating of internal policies, agreements, and legal templates.
- Collaborate with other Directorates to ensure legal considerations are properly addressed in business and operational activities.
- Perform other legal and compliance duties assigned by the Director of Legal or Lawyer II.

Requirements

- LL.B and B.L with qualification as a Nigerian legal practitioner.
- 1–3 years of post-call professional experience.
- Experience in corporate/commercial law, contract review, legal research, or a related area.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian corporate, labour, regulatory, and data protection laws.
- Familiarity with commercial contracts and legal documentation.
- Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of legal risk identification and compliance.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple legal assignments.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines.
