Legal Recruiter

Patexia has a growing team in Bogotá, and we're looking for a sharp person with a growth mindset to join it. You'll run data-backed lateral recruiting on the Lateral Compass team — matching attorneys and U.S. law firms on proven performance and real case history.

What you'll own

• Building and maintaining relationships with attorneys, law firms, and legal professionals.
• Working with hiring partners and recruiting teams to understand hiring needs.
• Identifying and approaching qualified attorney candidates using Patexia's proprietary database and tools.
• Managing the full recruiting lifecycle from outreach through placement.
• Conducting candidate screening, qualification, and opportunity presentation.
• Providing market insight and strategic guidance to candidates and clients.
• Developing long-term relationships in the legal market and shaping recruiting strategy with leadership.

What we look for

• A background in business development, legal recruiting, or executive recruiting is ideal.
• A growth mindset — you're sharp, curious, and eager to learn the U.S. legal market and grow with the team.
• Excellent written and spoken English; you'll work directly with U.S. attorneys and law firms.
• AI-capable — you put modern tools to work as a multiplier.
• Ownership and follow-through across the full lifecycle.

This is a hybrid role based in Bogotá, working alongside our local team.

Compensation

Competitive base plus above-market commission.
