Legal Research & Compliance Specialist (m/f/d) – Pristina, Kosovo

PRIOS Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Research & Compliance Specialist to join our growing team in Pristina, Kosovo.

Working in collaboration with CERTIVITY GmbH in Munich, Germany, you will contribute to innovative solutions that help digitize and manage global regulatory requirements, making product compliance smarter, more efficient, and future-ready.

Your Mission

• Research and analyze laws, regulations, and regulatory documents across different jurisdictions.
• Structure, digitize, and maintain legal and regulatory information within the Certivity Platform.
• Advise regulatory expert teams on the digitization, structuring, and amendment of regulatory documents.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to integrate legal requirements into digital compliance workflows.
• Document and support the continuous improvement of regulatory research, compliance processes, and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or another related legal field.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Experience or strong interest in researching international regulations and working with different legal systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and accurately.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Tech-friendly mindset and enthusiasm for working in a RegTech environment using advanced AI methods.
• Experience or interest in software platforms, digital products, or LegalTech/RegTech solutions is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR) is considered an advantage.
