Role Overview

Join Job Duck as a Law Firm Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in guiding individuals through one of the most important decisions of their lives. In this role, you will lead meaningful client consultations, combining consultative selling with empathy and professionalism to deliver high-value legal service engagements. You will have a direct impact on revenue growth by driving conversion rates and building trust with prospective clients in emotionally sensitive situations. This position is ideal for a confident closer who thrives in high-stakes conversations, can navigate complex decision-making processes, and is motivated by achieving measurable results. Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Ensuring a smooth handoff of signed clients to the legal team
• Maintaining compliance with professional conduct standards by avoiding legal advice or outcome guarantees
• Following up with undecided prospects within 48 hours to advance the decision process
• Converting approximately 60 percent of consultations into signed client engagements
• Selling across multiple service tiers covering a broad range of high-value legal service offerings
• Accurately documenting all consultations, including objections and client needs
• Conducting consultative conversations with professionalism, empathy, and composure
• Running 8 to 12 client consultations per week with prospective clients seeking family law services

What We’re Looking For:

• At least three years of experience in a closing sales role with demonstrated quota attainment
• Proven experience closing deals with average values of 3000 USD or higher
• Experience with consultative and multi-touch sales cycles
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive conversations
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency for client communication and documentation
• Preferred experience in legal services sales or similar human services industries
• Familiarity with Clio, Lawmatics, Salesforce, or HubSpot is highly desirable
• Exposure to installment payment, insurance, or retainer-based sales models is advantageous
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
• Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
