This position will provide support to the Foundation Source Legal Services Department to assist in all areas of administration as needed across the department. This person should be a quick learner who builds strong working relationships with a team, while also being reliable and self-directed when working independently. Key Responsibilities: Team & Communication Champion (40%) Build rapport and communicate clearly and confidently with both internal teams and clients Take ownership of administrative tasks such as preparing legal documents, corporate resolutions, and compliance paperwork — with a careful eye for accuracy Help translate legal needs into actionable next steps for teams throughout the organization Legal Process Partner (40%) Help "close the loop" on legal projects by managing follow-ups, documentation, and task tracking with consistency and care Serve as the go-to point person for legal-related requests that span multiple departments, adjusting your approach to fit different teams and situations Provide foundational support — saving records, tracking case status, and ensuring continuity for clients and internal teams Process & Operations Innovator (20%) Spot opportunities to streamline processes and share knowledge across teams Potential to coordinate and work within other departments for additional support, adapting easily as needs evolve Other Duties This job description reflects the general nature and level of work expected of this position and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and skills required.
