We're Hiring: Legal Admin We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Legal Admin to support the Legal Team in managing legal documentation, contract administration, and day-to-day operational matters. This role will play a key part in ensuring legal records are properly maintained, legal processes run efficiently, and stakeholders receive timely support. Responsibilities Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, licenses, permits, and corporate records. Manage and update the contract repository, including filing, tracking, and archiving documents. Monitor contract expiry dates and support renewal processes. Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing legal documents and agreements. Coordinate document execution and collect required signatures. Support the Legal Team with administrative and operational matters. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal information.
