ELEKS Business Analysis Office is looking for a Requirements Analyst in Poland or Ukraine.

ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is a long-standing US-based partner operating in the LegalTech domain, developing cloud-based solutions for legal and financial organizations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years in one of the following: Technical Business Analyst/Junior Software Engineer interested in Product Management
  • Ability to read and understand code (C#, Java, JavaScript or similar)
  • Understanding of APIs, databases, and software architecture basics
  • Ability to use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, MCP-based tools) for code and documentation analysis
  • Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum processes
  • Ability to investigate dependencies and impacts across a product
  • Advanced level of English

    • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze product functionality, configuration dependencies, documentation, and code-level behavior before development begins
  • Support Product Managers in refining requirements and preparing development-ready user stories
  • Investigate product dependencies, identify potential impacts of changes, and provide recommendations to the team
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements
  • Act as a bridge between Product and Engineering teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment
  • Reduce clarification cycles during development by proactively addressing gaps and ambiguities in requirements
  • Contribute to improving the quality, completeness, and consistency of product documentation and user stories
