Legal/Technical Writer for Immigration Law Firm

Job Description We are looking for a talented Legal/ Technical Writer with a strong legal foundation and the ability to craft persuasive, research-driven content . In this role, you will analyze client evidence , conduct focused legal research , and create compelling memoranda and petition support materials especially for EB-1A and EB-2 National Interest Waiver cases. Key Responsibilities Craft persuasive, well‑structured legal arguments translating complex scientific and professional jargon into understandable and persuasive content . Work together with the attorney and paralegal as a team to develop a strategy for each case in order to evaluate , research , analyze and draft successful Petitions and Applications . Collaborate in scheduled check‑ins with team leads to discuss case status and progress . Produce polished , detailed Petition Support Letters ( PSLs ) that capture client expertise , achievements , and impact . Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law , Journalism , or a related field or equivalent experience . 2+ years of professional technical or persuasive writing experience in English. Strong analytical ability to interpret complex legal, scientific , technical documents and craft clear strong arguments . Excellent research and information‑synthesis skills .
