Job Title: Property Paralegal Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Law Firm Rate: 8-9AUD/hour depending on experience + HMO on your first year Support a busy property law practice with flexibility and balance. Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-driven Property Paralegal to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong conveyancing knowledge who’s looking for flexible working hours within a supportive legal practice. About Us Our client is a boutique Queensland firm specialising in property advisory, conveyancing, civil litigation, and migration law. We’re known for our practical, client-focused service and approachable team culture. The Role You’ll assist our solicitors in managing residential and commercial property matters from contract to settlement, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and client care. Key Responsibilities · Handle day-to-day tasks across property files (residential and commercial) · Draft contracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements · Liaise with clients, agents, banks, and other law firms · Manage critical dates and prepare for settlements (including PEXA) · Conduct title searches and maintain accurate file records You Will Have · At least 2 years’ experience in a property law or conveyancing support role · Familiarity with Queensland property transactions and conveyancing procedure · Experience using PEXA and legal practice software (e.g. Smokeball, LEAP) · High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills · A professional, reliable, and client-focused approach What We Offer · Supportive, down-to-earth team environment · Varied and interesting property matters · Competitive hourly rate (commensurate with experience)
