Lending Analyst

Real Estate Lending Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lending Systems Administrator to support and optimize real estate lending technology within a growing financial institution. This position is ideal for someone with strong Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) experience who understands the mortgage lending lifecycle and enjoys a mix of system administration, troubleshooting, configuration, reporting, and project work.

This is a direct placement opportunity offering a hybrid schedule after the initial training period.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and support the Encompass Loan Origination System
• Monitor lending system performance, workflows, integrations, and data integrity
• Manage user profiles, personas, security permissions, business rules, workflows, eFolder settings, loan templates, and document configurations
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to lending teams and end users
• Monitor third-party integrations and coordinate issue resolution with vendors, IT, and business teams
• Support system upgrades, releases, enhancements, testing, and deployments
• Create and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders
• Assist with reporting automation, data validation, and troubleshooting
• Gather business requirements and translate operational needs into system solutions
• Develop test plans and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Maintain system documentation, configurations, and administrative procedures
• Support regulatory compliance, internal controls, and system security requirements
• Train and coach end users on Encompass functionality and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Loan Origination System experience using Encompass
• Strong hands-on experience administering and configuring Encompass
• Experience supporting lending teams and a strong understanding of the loan lifecycle
• Previous experience within a bank, credit union, or similar financial institution
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Must be able to successfully complete a soft credit check as part of the hiring process

Preferred Qualifications

• Encompass certification
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with Encompass interfaces and integrations
• Experience with C#, VB.NET, SQL, FICS Mortgage Servicer, Symitar, Microsoft Visio, or Microsoft Excel
• Advanced experience configuring Encompass personas, user groups, eFolder, loan templates, reports, Input Form Builder, and business rules
• Experience with reporting, process automation, and system implementations

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• On-site in Troy, Michigan for the first 3 months
• After the initial 3 months: Hybrid schedule with 2 days in office and 3 days remote
• Newly renovated professional office environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Troy, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
