What you will do
- Support day-to-day lending operations to help ensure loans are serviced accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with reporting, data analysis, trend identification, and improvement opportunities.
- Review, document, and improve business processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Participate in projects focused on improving customer and team member experiences.
- Research industry standards, best practices, and solutions to operational challenges.
- Present project findings, recommendations, and results to team members and leaders.
Requirements
- Working toward a degree in agricultural business, business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or data management.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn new systems and processes.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
