Cipher Recruitment is looking for an experienced Level 3 Service Desk Engineer to join a growing IT services business following the onboarding of a new client!

You'll join a team of 16 Level 3 Engineers with strong networking backgrounds, working in a business of approximately 50 employees.

🔧 Key Skills & Experience

✅ Proven senior-level support experience within an MSP or IT services environment

✅ Level 3 Service Desk / Service Desk Engineering experience

✅ Microsoft 365 Administration

✅ Microsoft 365 & Azure

✅ VMware & Hyper-V

✅ Cisco/Meraki & Aruba networking

✅ Windows Server, SQL & Active Directory

✅ ITIL v4 Foundation knowledge or experience

⭐ Bonus points for:

• Microsoft Azure certifications
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
