Level 2.5 Support Engineer (MSP Division) Job Responsibilities: Provide Tier 2/2.5 support to clients through our managed service offering through phone, email, and remote desktop support channels Work on assigned project tasks and complete project tasks within specific timeframes Troubleshoot and maintain server infrastructure and network components in a virtualized environment utilizing VMWare/Hyper V and Azure technologies.
