License Out Manager

LICENSE OUT MANAGER

Join our Business Development in Davipharm team (Member of Adamed Group) as a License Out Manager and drive the international expansion of a growing pharmaceutical portfolio, primarily across Europe, with selected opportunities in Asia.

Our new role is a great opportunity for a business development professional with a proven track record in out-licensing Rx products, partner acquisition, and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and approach potential licensing-out partners across Europe and selected Asian markets for Rx products
• Build and manage relationships with pharmaceutical partners across target markets
• Assess market opportunities and match portfolio assets with partners' strategic and commercial needs
• Lead licensing discussions, due diligence, and contract negotiations
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities
• Represent the company at international partnering events and industry conferences
• Collaborate with Regulatory, R&D, Legal, and Commercial teams to support successful deals.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical licensing-out
• Strong network within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Europe
• Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and closing licensing agreements for Rx products
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
