Qualifications

Preferred

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

• Behavioral Health
• Psychiatric & Mental Health
• Psychiatry

AND 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

• Health Therapy
• Clinical Documentation

Required

• Full clinical license allowing independent patient treatment
• Full proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish (required for Texas providers)

Overview

This remote opportunity allows licensed behavioral health therapists and PMHNPs to deliver patient‑centered virtual care with a flexible schedule. Providers support individuals navigating challenging life circumstances, offering meaningful mental health services with autonomy and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, counseling, follow‑up care, and medication management when appropriate
• Document patient encounters using Jane EHR
• Deliver virtual mental health services to individuals involved in personal injury and employment‑related legal cases

Schedule & Shift Details

• Flexible part‑time or full‑time schedules
• Ability to set your own availability through an online scheduling calendar

Languages

• Spanish required for Texas‑based providers
