We're looking for compassionate, dedicated therapists who want to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. We provide high-quality virtual mental health services to children, adolescents, and young adults , making care more accessible to families across the state. If you're passionate about working with youth, value flexibility, and want to join a collaborative, mission-driven team, we'd love to meet you! 🌟 What You'll Do You'll provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week , delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Oklahoma. Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00–9:00 PM EST) , with weekend availability welcomed. You create your schedule—we provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing. Your day-to-day includes: 🩺 Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments 📝 Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans 💻 Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth 🤝 Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators 📋 Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) 👨‍👩‍👧 Supporting children and families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care 💰 Compensation & What We Offer We believe clinicians should be rewarded for the meaningful work they do. 💲 $50 per billable hour for independently licensed clinicians 💰 Monthly bonus potential based on eligible clinical and performance metrics 📈 Additional opportunities to grow your earnings as you build your caseload 🏡 100% remote work 💼 401(k) with 3% company match 📚 $150 annual CEU reimbursement ❤️ Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 🌱 Opportunities for clinical leadership and professional growth as we continue expanding throughout Oklahoma 🤝 Clinical collaboration, consultation, and support from a multidisciplinary team ✅ What We're Looking For We're seeking clinicians who have: ✔️ An active Oklahoma independent license ( LPC or LCSW ) ✔️ Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a strong passion for serving this population ✔️ The ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual environment ✔️ Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills ✔️ A commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care ⭐ Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply. 💙 Why Backpack Healthcare?
