Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Hawaii Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We’re hiring a remote LMFT to support clients through secure online therapy sessions. This role involves assessing client needs, providing family-systems-based care, and helping clients work through relationship challenges, emotional stress, and major life changes. Responsibilities Provide online therapy for individuals, couples, and families Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans Address concerns such as conflict, anxiety, stress, and communication issues Maintain organized and timely documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed Follow all clinical, ethical, and telehealth guidelines Active Hawaii LMFT license Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience working with individuals, couples, or families Strong documentation and communication skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience into a remote role where your work helps clients make steady, meaningful progress.
