What you will do
- Make primarily outbound calls, with opportunities for inbound calls.
- Help clients select Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans based on their doctors, hospitals, and medications.
- Build and maintain a member book of business and provide year-round service.
- Fulfill policy requirements and comply with applicable state and CMS guidelines.
- Keep product knowledge current and participate in team meetings, training, and coaching.
Requirements
- Active resident health insurance license required.
- 2027 AHIP certification required.
- Licenses in at least nine non-resident states required.
- Ability to obtain carrier appointments and provide releases on hand.
- Sales experience, computer proficiency, and the ability to communicate through virtual platforms.
- Personal equipment suitable for working from home.
