Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) Location: Louisiana Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Position Overview This position is designed for a licensed clinician who is comfortable managing an ongoing caseload in a virtual practice. Most of the work takes place through scheduled video appointments, with time set aside for case follow-up and clinical records. You’ll have the independence to manage your daily caseload while working within established clinical procedures. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled individual therapy appointments through telehealth Review new referrals and complete required intake information Determine appropriate treatment goals and interventions Provide clinical support within your professional scope Complete risk screenings and follow established procedures for concerns Prepare referrals when services outside your scope are indicated Communicate with other providers regarding coordinated care Participate in clinical consultations and team discussions Complete progress notes and maintain electronic health records Follow Louisiana licensing, privacy, and professional requirements Active Louisiana license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) in good standing Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field Experience delivering psychotherapy in an outpatient setting Comfort with telehealth technology and electronic documentation 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Think this could be a good fit?
