This is a contractual role for a period of 3 months.
What You’ll Do

- Confirm that the licensor’s brand is executed correctly and that current, approved assets are used in across all licensed categories and product submissions.
- Enter data daily into Earthbound’s internal system and licensor approval platforms so development status is always current
- Partner with Marketing, Design and Product Development to prioritize items by urgency, based on requirements
- Raise licensor feedback and design issues with the right internal team and help drive a resolution
- Communicate with licensors about timelines, urgent approvals and the dates needed to produce and ship on time
- Flag at-risk approvals early and keep a clear, current log of approval status, comments and rejections
What You Bring
- 1-3 years in licensing, product development, merchandising, brand compliance or a related coordination role (strong early-career candidates welcome)
- Experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, licensor approval platforms and internal tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail, especially in checking artwork, packaging and brand guidelines
- Clear, professional written communication with licensors, internal teams and suppliers
- Ability to manage many items and shifting priorities against tight deadlines
- Comfort working with minimal supervision and getting up to speed fast
- Home goods, soft goods, retail or Walmart-program experience is a plus, as is familiarity with strike-offs, packaging and production timelines
- Experience with systems like BrandComply, MyMediaBox or other similar platforms is strongly preferred
