Receive, research and respond to incoming questions or complaints; provide information, explain policy and procedures, and/or facilitate a resolution. Analyze summarize and/or review data; report findings, interpret results and/or make recommendations. Communicate with licensing vendors, NIPR and Sircon. Work with licensing vendors to resolve a wide variety of issues of the licensing process, such as fees failing to post, needs for changes in their online procedures, feedback from clients, etc. Act as a liaison and resource to provide assistance to the public and others. Review problems related to electronic applications, including investigation and written communication relative to each problem application. Review electronic applications and assist the public and others with problems. Retrieve data found in databases to generate requested reports. Write, draft and process data, documents and reports, etc. Coordinate various projects and services. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the ability to: Principles, theories and practices of one or more of the following types of insurance: life, health, title, property and casualty, bail bond insurance, etc. Find, gather and collect information or data, conduct a methodical examination; evaluate information against a set of standards. Use automated software programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Use computer relational database software. Deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact and professionalism. Compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit, verify, or process information or data; use research methods, techniques, and/or sources of information. Interviewing techniques. Investigative techniques and processes. Decide or solve a problem by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions, use logic to analyze or identify underlying principles, reasons, facts associated with information or data to draw conclusions. Communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, speak clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand, information and ideas as presented verbally. Organize information in a clear and concise manner. Plan, organize and prioritize time and workload to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines. Review and/or edit documents for accuracy and completeness. Monitor or track information or data. Develop and maintain applicable professional contacts, resources, and/or networks.
