Lien Negotiator

Westbridge Legal Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Lien Negotiator to support a reputable California-based law firm.

This is a long-term, 100% remote position designed specifically for Colombian candidates with prior law firm experience, particularly within U.S. personal injury practices.

If you have experience reducing medical bills, strong attention to detail, and are familiar with working on personal injury cases, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Track pending requests and follow up to ensure the best result for clients.
• Handle HIPAA authorizations and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards
• Maintain organized digital files and documentation
• Negotiate medical treatment bills with providers to get the lowest charge as possible

Requirements

• Advanced English (C1 preferred – written and spoken)
• Mandatory experience working with U.S.-based law firms, preferably in Personal Injury cases
• Working knowledge of case management systems
• Ability to work independently
• Must reside anywhere in Colombia

Important

Candidates must have previous Lien Negotiator experience specifically with U.S.-based law firms. Experience performing Lien reductions for companies outside the legal field or for organizations that are not U.S. law firms will not be considered.
