What You'll Gain Experience In

As a Life Business Analyst Intern, you may:

• Gain an understanding of life insurance administration systems, Business Analyst responsibilities, Agile methodologies, and technology-driven business processes.
• Research production incidents and system issues, gather information, and assist with documenting findings and resolutions.
• Review data, investigate discrepancies, and develop analytical and problem-solving skills through real-world business scenarios.
• Assist with creating and executing test scenarios to validate system functionality and support quality assurance efforts.
• Document test results, defects, and testing activities while learning best practices for software testing and process improvement.
• Support regression testing efforts and help maintain testing documentation.
• Research existing business processes and system functionality to better understand how technology supports business operations.
• Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Quality Assurance professionals, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze information from multiple sources and organize findings into clear, meaningful documentation.
• Develop strong research, organizational, and communication skills while contributing to team initiatives and projects.
• Execute assigned testing, documentation, and data-related activities that support departmental goals.
• Learn how business and technology teams work together to solve problems and deliver solutions.
