Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Life Insurance Specialist role based in Markaz Sohag, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Life Insurance Specialist will consult with prospective and existing customers to assess their financial protection needs, explain MetLife’s insurance and savings products, and recommend suitable solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting needs-based sales meetings, preparing tailored proposals, and completing policy applications and documentation in line with company and regulatory standards. The role involves providing ongoing customer service, handling inquiries and policy updates, coordinating with internal teams for underwriting and claims, and maintaining accurate records in the customer relationship management system. The Life Insurance Specialist is also expected to meet sales targets, participate in training and coaching programs, and represent MetLife Egypt professionally in the local market.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Insurance and Insurance Sales skills, with the ability to explain life and health coverage options clearly and ethically.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client relationships, and support customers throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to discuss savings, retirement planning, and wealth management solutions in an accessible way.
• Candidates should possess effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant experience in life insurance, financial services, or related fields is preferred, along with familiarity with local regulatory and compliance requirements.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is advantageous; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Proficiency in basic office and CRM software, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset are beneficial for success in this role.
