Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a TeleSales Saudi Speaker in the Training Sector. The TeleSales professional will handle inbound and outbound calls to promote training programs, explain course offerings, and guide potential participants through registration and payment processes. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, presenting suitable training solutions, and following up to convert prospects into enrolled clients. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with training and marketing teams, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The TeleSales Saudi Speaker is expected to provide excellent customer service in fluent Saudi Arabic, while adhering to company policies and representing Be Group in a professional manner.
Qualifications

• Strong telesales and customer service capabilities, including confident phone communication and active listening skills.
• Fluent Saudi Arabic speaking skills and good command of English for internal communication and documentation.
• Ability to understand and clearly present training programs, digital solutions, and value propositions to diverse audiences.
• Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms to manage leads and track sales activities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability or strong potential to meet sales targets and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in sales, call centers, or training sector roles is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, or online learning environments is beneficial.
• High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams when needed.
