To support Life Company growth by coordinating field training efforts, identifying sales opportunities through CRM and business intelligence resources, and providing administrative and project support across Life & Annuity Field Services and the Internal Sales function. To connect field agents, field leadership, Home Office teams, and internal sales resources by coordinating training, uncovering opportunities, special project support, tracking department and sales growth, and supporting timely follow-up.
Coordinate field training efforts by supporting scheduling, logistics, communications, participation tracking, follow-up, and coordination with field leadership, trainers, and internal partners.
Utilize CRM systems, reporting tools, and other business resources to identify potential Life and Annuity sales opportunities for both field agents and the Internal Sales team.
Organize, prioritize, and track identified opportunities, ensuring appropriate follow-up, routing, documentation, and visibility into opportunity status and outcomes.
Support the Internal Sales team and field agents by providing relevant opportunity information, reporting, resources, and administrative assistance that helps advance Life and Annuity growth.
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, with focus on business administration, management, insurance, math, or finance.
Familiarity with SalesForce required.
Minimum of two years in professional office experience or customer service role required.
Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Preferred
State of Michigan Licensing in Life preferred.
Minimum six months of insurance industry experience required, life and annuity related preferred.
Note: This is a Hybrid position working both Remotely from the State of Michigan, and On-site at the Farm Bureau Center located in Lansing, Michigan. Farm Bureau offers a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
