YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM... Experience: At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including experience as an in-house attorney, serving as a General Counsel and/or in another senior in-house legal role, and 3+ years of law firm training. Specialized Expertise: Deep experience working with: Drug developers and biotech companies, from early-stage through public. Life sciences providers, including CDMOs, CMOs, CROs, and laboratory, clinical, data, and technology-enabled service providers. Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex life sciences agreements, including CDAs/NDAs, MSAs, manufacturing and supply agreements, contract R&D and clinical services agreements, and technology licenses. Expertise in advising on strategic collaborations (R&D, manufacturing, commercialization). Experience supporting small- to mid-size M&A and corporate transactions, and providing practical, in-house style guidance to founders, executives, and boards. Public company experience and exposure to corporate finance and governance is helpful but not required.
