Lifecycle & Marketing Operations Manager
If you’re excited about building systems, improving how companies grow, and getting hands-on with real GTM execution, we’d love to talk.
Marketing
New York City
Full-time, Hybrid
What the Job Entails
Notch is AI built for regulated industries. We give insurers, brokers, and banks one system for how work happens: a Workspace that turns everything that arrives into structured work, and a Workforce that runs repeatable processes end to end inside the systems teams already use. Every agent works inside rules the customer sets, and every action is auditable.
We ran as a licensed MGA in 47 states before we wrote a line of this platform, so compliance is our foundation. We are growing quickly and investing heavily in how we generate and convert pipeline. Our marketing team runs on high ownership, high velocity, and a focus on real outcomes.
The markets we sell into run on long, multi-threaded sales cycles that depend on relationship building and multi-touch marketing. We are hiring a Lifecycle & Marketing Operations Manager to drive and optimize our funnel by building systems and running campaigns that move prospects closer to a buying decision. That takes CRM mastery and close collaboration with marketing and sales. Our customer base is early, so winning customers comes first, and retention programs will grow in scope as the base grows. You will build the systems while you operate them, so we need someone comfortable balancing long-term planning with short-term execution.
Compensation: $90,000-$135,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus equity and benefits.
This is a hybrid role, requiring up to four days per week in our Midtown Manhattan office.
What You'll Do
Build and run nurture programs. Design email nurture, retargeting, and multi-touch campaigns that move prospects from first touch to sales-ready. Support long, multi-stakeholder buying journeys with the right touchpoint at the right time.
Drive demand generation. Plan and execute campaigns that create and accelerate pipeline, including event follow-up, outbound support, and paid and organic channel programs. Work with the Marketing Director to validate targeting, segmentation, and lead quality.
Own attribution. Track and report on influence and sourcing across channels, campaigns, and in-person events. Show leadership what is driving pipeline and where to invest.
Own HubSpot for marketing. Take over administration and optimization of our HubSpot instance, including properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows, lists, forms, and reporting. Keep data clean and the system reliable.
Own lifecycle and pipeline flow. Manage how leads move from first touch through closed business. Make sure inbound and outbound pipeline is validated, enriched, and routed, and find where strong prospects get lost.
Connect marketing and sales systems. Keep HubSpot, enrichment tools, and the rest of the stack integrated, with clean handoffs between marketing and sales.
Report on funnel health. Monitor conversion rates, velocity, and pipeline quality. Surface insights and recommend changes.
Lay the foundation for customer lifecycle. Build early customer communications such as product updates, announcements, and onboarding touchpoints, and design the framework for adoption, retention, and expansion programs as our customer base grows.
Partner across marketing. Work with product marketing, design, and external partners so every campaign is set up, segmented, tracked, and operationalized correctly.
What You’ll Bring
Hiring Manager
This role helps ensure that both pipeline and customers are continuously engaged and moving forward. You’ll own how pipeline is managed, validated, and converted, help shape how customers experience Notch over time, and build the systems that power our go-to-market engine.
