Zarminali Pediatrics is building the nation's leading pediatric multispecialty group, focused on supporting families to shape healthy futures for their children – from birth through adulthood – by completely transforming the way pediatric care is delivered nationwide. We are tackling today's challenges of increased administrative burden on clinicians and a siloed approach to pediatric care through intentional design of care delivery, enhanced by leading technology and collaborative, expert care teams. Our name, inspired by our founder's daughter's name – Zarmina – means “something that is more precious to you than gold”. We couldn’t think of anything that better represents the way parents and caregivers hold the relationship with their children as the most valuable gift, and how we at Zarminali approach care for each child with equal reverence. We strive for a healthier future for pediatric patients and a happier future for pediatric clinicians nationwide, and we are looking for people to join us in achieving this vision. If you are eager to join a growth stage company and be part of the early team that is shaping the foundation of both the company and the delivery of pediatric care, then this opportunity might be for you! POSITION OVERVIEW Zarminali is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the strategy, execution, and performance of our patient and customer lifecycle communications. This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll directly design, build, test, and launch campaigns within our CRM platform. You’ll own the communications calendar from end to end, balancing priorities across service lines, campaigns, and stakeholders while ensuring an exceptional patient and customer experience. Sitting at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution, you’ll be equally comfortable presenting a lifecycle roadmap to leadership, analyzing campaign performance, and troubleshooting a campaign build directly within the platform. You’ll also partner closely with our Marketing Communications Manager to ensure communications remain aligned with our brand voice, messaging standards, and compliance requirements. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Own and manage the master communications calendar across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels (push and in-app coming Q1 2027) , balancing competing campaign requests and stakeholder priorities. Build, test, segment, QA, and deploy lifecycle and triggered campaigns directly within Braze , including journeys, canvases, and multivariate tests. Develop and continuously optimize core lifecycle programs, including onboarding, retention, reactivation, and appointment/visit reminders . Define and manage audience segmentation and suppression strategies to prevent over-messaging and conflicting communications. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Clinical, and Technology teams to translate campaign strategies and briefs into fully built, on-brand communications. Monitor campaign performance against defined KPIs and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations and optimization opportunities. Maintain CRM data hygiene and monitor integration health between the CRM platform and upstream data sources, proactively identifying issues that could impact campaign accuracy. Ensure patient-facing communications meet applicable privacy and compliance requirements in partnership with Legal and Compliance. Manage CRM platform administration, including user permissions, template governance, and documentation of campaign build standards. Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to continuously improve engagement and campaign performance. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, including direct hands-on campaign-building experience. Experience working within Braze, Iterable, or a similar lifecycle marketing platform . Demonstrated experience managing a communications calendar across multiple concurrent campaigns, channels, and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, suppression logic, and customer journey/canvas development . Experience with Liquid personalization, dynamic content, and basic HTML for email campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, interpret campaign performance, identify trends, and translate findings into action. Experience with A/B and multivariate testing , including an understanding of testing frameworks and statistical significance. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work independently. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to effectively partner with Technology, Marketing, Operations, Clinical, Legal, and Compliance teams. Experience within healthcare, healthcare-adjacent, or another regulated industry is preferred. Working knowledge of SQL for audience querying and campaign troubleshooting is preferred. Familiarity with CDPs, data warehouses, and CRM data integrations is preferred. At Zarminali Pediatrics, we are committed to our empowering clinicians and team members to deliver better pediatric care, altogether. This commitment requires building an inclusive culture and a team that represents the diverse communities we serve. We believe that when people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives come together, we create a stronger team and better care for our patients and their families. We realize the importance of an environment where clinicians and team members feel cared for, supported, and valued. We believe in the basics: treating everyone with kindness, respect, and fairness. We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, race, color, sex, gender, age, religion or religious creed, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. We recruit and hire based on skills, talent, and potential, ensuring everyone has a fair chance to succeed. Together, we strive to build an inclusive and welcoming space where we can achieve our goal of building a happier future for the pediatric workforce.
