Lighting Designer - Entry level or Mid-level

Requirements:

• BA or MA or MSc in Light & Lighting related degree

• First degree can be in architecture or interior design

• Proficiency in the following software:

AutoCAD 2D or BricsCAD

Adobe Suite

Microsft Office Suite/Open Office

Dialux EVO (preferable but not imperative)

Revit BIM (is a plus but not imperative)

AI models (familiarity with)

Fluency in English is required, as we are working on many international projects.

Fluency in Greek is also required as the practice is based in Athens.

You will need to have strong design and communication skills with the ability to present ideas visually and verbally. An eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment but most of all to love light & lighting! Attention to detail is very important in our work and a passion for innovative design concepts.

Experience:

For a JUNIOR lighting designer role prior internship, or work experience in lighting design is a plus, but not imperative.

For an INTERMEDIATE lighting designer role work experience of 2-3 years is necessary. You will need to have seen at least one project completed to commissioning stage and a good command of relevant software.

The position is for full-time hybrid work in Athens (office and home based) and you will need to be in Athens with the subsequent ‘right to work’ in EU. Employment is offered for fully time employee that follows the Greek employment legislation of rights and obligations.

Hybrid work:

We work on a permanent base hybrid mode, which means that we attend office 3 days per week and 2 days remotely.
