Responsibilities

• Support Lighting Sales for Middle East Projects
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the lighting solutions operations department, ensuring quality and efficiency in all aspects of operations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.- Manage inventory and logistics, including ordering and receiving product and shipping customer orders
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Attend to customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction
• Other activities that are related to lighting sales or sales support.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering or a related field is a plus.
• Is good with time management
• Has good and pleasant attitude
• Has the ability to work under pressure
• Willing to learn and be trained
• A plus if with experience on Logistics and Procurement

Working Schedule in UAE time

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:30pm

Total Working Hours 40 hours
