Your Role:

• Search for, compile, and systematically clean/filter large website databases.
• Execute both high-volume automated email outreach (Tier-2) and personalized/VIP outreach (Tier-1 via direct email / LinkedIn).
• Utilize AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) for batch site classification, relevance filtering, and content/pitch generation.
• Analyze websites for potential backlink opportunities and evaluate donor quality (traffic, DR, spam score, niche alignment).
• Monitor and maintain email deliverability, campaign hygiene, and inbox health in outreach tools.
• Research and test new outreach angles, link types, and off-page strategies.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists, copywriters, website owners, and external contractors.
• Analyze competitors’ backlink profiles and off-page strategy using Ahrefs and SimilarWeb.
• Prepare regular performance reports tracking key metrics across the funnel (Sent, Open Rate, Reply Rate, Closed Deals).
• Manage financial transactions with webmasters and monitor link indexing/placement using SE Ranking.

About You:

• Minimum of 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience as a Linkbuilder / Outreach Specialist in US/UK Tier-1 markets (Mental Health, Wellness, Lifestyle, or SaaS niches is a plus).
• Proven track record of high-volume cold outreach alongside custom personalized pitching.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) for data processing, niche relevance tagging, and pitch creation.
• Proficiency with SEO and outreach tools: Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Instantly/SmartReach, SE Ranking.
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills for data manipulation and batch filtering (VLOOKUP, REGEX, custom formulas).
• Solid understanding of Email Deliverability (bounce management, email validation, spam prevention).
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (strong written communication skills).
• Analytical mindset, strong self-discipline, systematic approach to work, and focus on ROI/conversion metrics rather than just activity.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with EEAT-focused websites, YMYL, or Health & Wellbeing niches.
• Experience with automation tools (Google Apps Scripts, Make/Zapier, Python for scraping).
• Experience with LinkedIn Outreach for Tier-1 link building.
