Mint & Lemon is growing, and we’re looking for a sharp, creative content writer to join us.

We work with bold, brilliant founders and execs across the world to help them grow their personal brands online on LinkedIn. From stealth-mode founders to VC-backed operators and world-class creators, our clients rely on us to help them find their voice, build visibility, and attract the right opportunities.

This isn’t your average content writing gig. We’re looking for someone who gets personal branding. Someone who can turn rough notes or voice memos into punchy, personality-packed posts that sound like the client, not like ChatGPT. Someone who can find the hook, tell the story, and write with rhythm.

What you'll do:

• Write compelling, high-converting LinkedIn content for founders, execs, and creators
• Capture each client’s unique tone of voice (from serious and strategic to punchy and playful)
• Help clients build thought leadership and drive inbound opportunities
• Stay on top of trends in content, business, tech, and personal branding

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of content writing experience - in personal branding, B2B, or ghostwriting
• Proven experience writing for LinkedIn (personal branding is non-negotiable)
• Strong storytelling chops - you know how to write hooks, build flow, and land the point
• Excellent written English - crisp, clear, and typo-free
• Comfortable working async and taking ownership of deadlines
• Bonus: experience with light design (e.g. Canva) or visuals to support posts
• Bonus: experience writing newsletters, blogs, or long-form content
