LinkedIn Copywriter (ZAR 20,000 Per Month Full-Time)

Work directly with global clients to implement high-performance LinkedIn lead generation strategies.

We are now seeking an experienced Copywriter based in South Africa to work directly with our clients and deliver world-class LinkedIn lead-generation strategies through Thought Leader inspired content.

This is a client-facing, execution-focused role with real responsibility and real impact.

The Role

You will be working alongside our Head Copywriter, Cath, who is based in South Africa as well. You’ll be responsible for liaising with clients and our implementation team end-to-end. You will work closely with founders, CEOs, and senior leaders to create content according to a specific formula each month that builds their personal brands on LinkedIn.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Google Meet catch-ups with clients to discuss content voice
• Creating LinkedIn-specific content to a defined audience and strategy
• Monitoring performance, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring brand consistency
• Working closely with the internal Prominence team to ensure strategic alignment and delivery

The Work Hours

This is a fully remote role, working from home, with structured support, systems, and clear expectations. You’ll excel in this role if you are a morning person. Given the time zone differences for our clients in Australia, Asia, Europe and North America, you will need to start your day early, but the good news is you will have the afternoon to yourself.

This is a full-time role at 40 hours per week

About You

This role is ideally suited to a results-driven professional who enjoys writing for CEO’S and Founders on LinkedIn, not just as a social platform, but as a business development and influence channel.

You are organised, detail-oriented, and confident working directly with clients. You take ownership of outcomes and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

You will bring:

• 5 years proven copywriting experience (personal brands, lead generation)
• A practical understanding of LinkedIn’s features, best practices, and daily workflows
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple client accounts
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, self-starting mindset suited to remote work
• The ability to represent Prominence Global and our clients at a high professional standard
