Job Title: LinkedIn Recruiter (with RecruiterFlow experience)

Location: Fully Remote, Philippines

Rate: $3.00 - $6.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time

Job Description

As a LinkedIn Recruiter with RecruiterFlow experience, you will be responsible for assisting our client in the day-to-day sourcing and recruitment of talent on LinkedIn.

Requirements

• Must have at least a year of relevant experience as a LinkedIn Recruiter or similar role.
• Must have experience in LinkedIn recruitment (through a recruiter account).
• Must have experience using RecruiterFlow software.
• Experience in U.S. recruitment is an advantage.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced search functionalities on LinkedIn to identify and reach out to potential candidates who match the job requirements.
• Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, keeping track of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, align recruitment strategies, and ensure timely and successful placements.

• Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.
• Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.
• Must be willing to undergo a background verification check during the final stages of the hiring process.
  
  

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

• A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
• A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
• A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
• Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
• Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
