We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketplaces to lead and scale our Amazon business and expand product sales to other strategic marketplaces. As Head of Marketplaces, you will own our Amazon business end-to-end—from strategy and P&L to team leadership and operational excellence. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, you'll drive sustainable growth across international marketplaces and build a world-class Amazon function. Get ready to Own the Amazon strategy, P&L and commercial performance across all marketplaces. Lead, mentor and grow the Amazon team, setting clear goals and driving a high-performance culture. Supervise and develop other Marketplaces such as Cencora, Coupang, Macy's, Ulta, ensuring alignment with the overall ecommerce strategy. Partner closely with Product Owners to align the product roadmap with marketplace opportunities, providing commercial insights and recommending new or alternative products that have strong sales potential on Amazon and other marketplaces. Identify opportunities to expand the portfolio through third-party products and brands, and develop strategic partnerships that drive incremental marketplace growth. Drive profitable growth by optimising listings, pricing, promotions and customer experience together with Product, CRO and Creative teams. Define the Amazon Advertising strategy with the PPC team to maximise sales and profitability. Identify expansion opportunities, implement best practices and stay ahead of Amazon platform changes. Build strong relationships with Amazon and external partners while ensuring operational excellence and compliance. We expect you to 5+ years of experience growing large Amazon Seller accounts, with experience leading teams and owning commercial results. A proven track record of scaling Amazon revenue through strategic, data-driven decision-making. Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA/FBM, listing optimisation, Amazon SEO and marketplace operations. Strong analytical and commercial skills, with experience managing forecasts, KPIs and P&L. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English. Salary Gross salary range is €5,000–6,000 EUR/month. Location We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga. For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
