How Will You Make a Difference?

  • Provide administrative support to legal staff, litigation Case Managers and Paralegals as assigned. Assignments may change due to the needs of the firm.
  • Prepare standard correspondence, memoranda, and other documents.
  • Assist with administrative overflow as requested.
  • Perform document downloading, document assembly, and other related tasks as assigned.
  • Prepare and process expense reports, requests for reimbursement, and check requests.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for legal staff, litigation Case Managers and Paralegals.
  • Create binders and assemble case materials for meetings, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
  • Edit and proofread monthly draft bills for accuracy, formatting, adherence to billing guidelines and consistency prior to attorney review.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year administrative support experience, preferably in a legal and/or professional services environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and the ability to interface with other firm technology platforms.
  • Ability to proofread documents for grammatical, typographical, or spelling errors and perform minor editing.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to take ownership of assignments from start to finish.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • This is an in office role and requires the ability to work in the Delaware office 4 days a week. (The initial training period will require 5 days a week)
