Litigation Attorney

Join Our Team as a Litigation Attorney at Axiom Location: Remote We are seeking a Consumer Arbitration & Litigation attorney to support a leading financial services client with a high-volume portfolio of consumer arbitrations. This is a hands-on opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys active case management, litigation strategy, and direct advocacy. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of consumer arbitration matters from inception through resolution. Review evidence, including customer communications and recorded calls, to develop case strategy. Handle discovery and collaborate with in-house legal stakeholders on case management. Represent the client in arbitration hearings and other dispute resolution proceedings. Effectively manage interactions with opposing counsel and advance matters toward resolution. Qualifications: Active Florida bar license. Litigation experience, including courtroom, hearing, or advocacy experience. Ability to independently manage a caseload and work with minimal supervision. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Preferred Skills: Arbitration experience, particularly consumer arbitration matters. Experience in consumer financial services, debt-related disputes, or similar litigation. Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
