What You'll Do
As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you'll be an essential member of the litigation team by providing high-level administrative and litigation support, including:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain litigation notebooks and trial binders in both digital and paper formats for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to litigation partners and the broader litigation team.
- Manage complex attorney calendars, coordinate meetings, schedule hearings, and track important deadlines.
- Assist with legal document management, electronic and physical filing, correspondence, and document organization.
- Coordinate closely with attorneys and senior litigation staff to ensure hearings and trials are well-prepared and organized.
- Serve as a professional and courteous point of contact for clients via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records using document management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Assist with additional administrative and litigation support projects as needed.

Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of administrative experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Professional demeanor and outstanding client service skills
- Stable employment history demonstrating reliability and commitment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting litigation attorneys or legal professionals
- Law firm or legal administrative experience
- Familiarity with litigation document management, electronic filing, and hearing preparation
- Experience creating litigation notebooks, trial binders, or complex document packages
- Defense-side litigation experience is preferred
