Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Litigation Support & Trial Preparation Specialist to join a growing U.S. company. As the attorney's right hand, you will support trial preparation while also assisting with client acquisition by communicating with prospective clients, contacting law firms, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and organization of trial materials.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain exhibits, pleadings, and other case documents.
• Coordinate trial deadlines and ensure all required documentation is completed on time.
• Communicate with current and prospective clients professionally and promptly.
• Contact law firms to schedule appointments and build professional relationships.
• Support client acquisition by following up with leads and coordinating consultations.
• Manage calendars, meetings, and trial-related scheduling.
• Maintain organized case files and accurate records.
• Work closely with the attorney to ensure trial readiness and efficient case management.
• Perform additional administrative and litigation support tasks as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Previous experience working in a U.S. law firm preferred.
• Experience in litigation support or trial preparation is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with clients and law firms.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn a specialized area of litigation through hands-on training.
