Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Live Streaming Assistant to join our team and support our live streaming operations remotely.

You will work closely with our live hosts to ensure smooth live sessions, engage with audiences, manage live chat, and support overall live-streaming performance.

Key Responsibilities

Before the Live

• Coordinate with hosts on live-streaming content and scripts.
• Arrange live streaming schedules and prepare promotional materials.
• Assist with live-streaming equipment and technical setup.

During the Live

• Work closely with the host to maintain an engaging and interactive atmosphere.
• Monitor and manage the live chat, including answering questions and handling inappropriate comments.
• Provide supporting information, promotional materials, and key selling points during the live session.
• Support audience engagement and improve live-streaming conversion.

After the Live

• Compile and track live-streaming performance data.
• Summarize audience feedback, questions, and issues.
• Assist with managing VIP groups, including answering customer questions, sharing promotional information, and maintaining group engagement.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, energetic, and confident in interacting with audiences.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience in live streaming, social media, sales, customer service, or audience engagement is an advantage.
• Basic understanding or interest in trading / financial markets is a plus.
