We're growing our international Sales & Customer Service team and are looking for someone who shares our passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Europe. If you live near our offices in Dublin or Rome, you're welcome to join us for co-working, training or team events whenever you'd like, but there's absolutely no requirement to do so.

If you've previously worked for a European tour operator, travel company or DMC, you'll likely feel right at home here.

You'll be one of the first people our clients speak to as they begin planning their European adventure.

Whether it's helping a couple plan their honeymoon in Italy, advising a family on the perfect Paris itinerary, or assisting a travel advisor with a complex multi-city booking, you'll combine destination knowledge, commercial awareness and exceptional customer service to create unforgettable travel experiences.

You'll work closely with our international team across Europe, communicating with clients via email, phone, live chat and social media.

As you grow into the role, you'll become an expert on our portfolio of more than 300 tours and experiences, developing in-depth knowledge of the destinations we operate in.

There may also be occasional opportunities to travel to our headquarters in Rome or other European destinations for training and team events.

• Responding to enquiries from travellers and travel advisors via email, phone, chat and social media.
• Converting enquiries into bookings through expert advice and outstanding customer service.
• Designing personalised itineraries and recommending the best combination of tours and experiences.
• Preparing bespoke quotations for customised experiences.
• Processing bookings accurately using our reservation systems.
• Becoming a trusted expert on our destinations and experiences.
• Building lasting relationships with clients and travel advisors.
• Supporting promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
• Working closely with colleagues across our Sales, Customer Service and Fulfillment teams.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people plan incredible trips and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• At least two years' experience in sales, customer service or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience working for a European tour operator, travel company, DMC or similar travel business is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of European destinations and a genuine passion for travel.
• A proven ability to build rapport and confidently convert enquiries into bookings.
• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence working independently in a fully remote environment while staying closely connected with your team.
• The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including some evenings and weekends based on customer demand.
• A positive attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

• Working for a premium European tour operator.
• Selling private tours, bespoke itineraries or multi-day travel.
• Working with travel advisors or host agencies.
• Using Zendesk or similar CRM/customer support platforms.
• Speaking additional languages
