LLM Engineer at BairesDev
As an LLM Engineer, you will design and build advanced applications powered by large language models, focusing on fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). You will translate complex business requirements into high-performance AI solutions, ensuring that generative outputs are accurate, scalable, and production-ready.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement robust RAG architectures to ground LLM responses in external knowledge bases.
- Develop and manage the full lifecycle of LLM fine-tuning pipelines to align model outputs with specific domain needs.
- Optimize system performance through advanced prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and context management.
- Build and deploy production-grade AI agents using modern orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI features seamlessly into existing product ecosystems.
- Ensure model reliability and cost-efficiency by implementing monitoring, validation layers, and inference optimization.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or Data Science.
- Proven expertise in building and deploying applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or similar tools.
- Strong background in designing evaluation frameworks for model performance and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
