Location: Remote Position Summary : Quaint Oak Bank is a growing community bank seeking an experienced Loan Documentation Specialist to document, review and close commercial loans and modifications, including CRE, C&I and SBA loans. Additional responsibilities will include coordination of settlements, including funding, with all parties and post-closing due diligence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Work with the Credit Analysts, Commercial Relationship Manager, Attorneys, SBA 7a team in preparing settlement documentation packages in a timely and efficient manner Ensure completeness, accuracy, and legibility of data entry and documentation for new credit facilities, existing loan modifications, and satisfactions Communicate with customers, lending personnel, bank counsel, loan servicing personnel, insurance companies and title companies Post-closing responsibilities include the review and audit of loan documentation to ensure proper execution of documents, verification of loan funding, file UCCs and other compliance related duties Process search requests for the Credit Analysts Engage bank approved appraisers and environmental firms Additional duties and responsibilities as they may apply Required Skills and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience Must be proficient in LaserPro (minimum 5 years’ experience) Thorough understanding of commercial loan documentation including Commercial Real Estate, C&I, SBA 504, SBA 7a, construction, modifications and satisfactions. General understanding of credit analysis Strong computer skills Ability to work independently Ability to speak effectively with customers, employees of the organization, and third-party institutions Ability to read and interpret documents, effectively write routine reports and correspondence Salary: $65,000-$80,000/year; offer is commensurate with experience.
