Enviro Resource Management Full-Time | Remote – United States About the Role Enviro Resource Management is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Loan Processing Clerk / Mortgage Assistant to support day-to-day loan administration and documentation processes. The successful candidate will assist with document management, application tracking, data entry, record maintenance, and coordination throughout the loan processing workflow. This role is well suited to professionals who are highly organized, comfortable working with confidential financial information, and able to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Assist with processing and organizing loan and mortgage documentation Review applications and supporting documents for completeness Enter and maintain accurate information in internal systems Track application status and outstanding documentation Coordinate with internal teams regarding loan-processing requirements Maintain organized digital records and transaction files Assist with routine reporting and administrative tasks Follow established procedures for documentation, privacy, and data handling Communicate professionally with relevant internal and external parties Requirements Previous experience in loan processing, mortgage administration, banking, finance, or administrative support preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and standard business software Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment Benefits Fully remote work environment Professional onboarding and training Opportunities for professional development Collaborative and structured work environment Location and Eligibility Remote – United States This position is intended exclusively for candidates currently residing in the United States .
